Complex Care Support Workers required for our client in South Wales!   We have a number of clients in South Wales with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy and other complex needs with a range of shifts available including days and night shifts.   Pay rates dependant on the client successful candidates are placed with - between £15-£19 per hour. Specific package details can be discussed during screening calls, so please submit your application if you are interested in exploring further.   You ideally will have at least 6-12 months experience supporting individuals with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy and other complex needs.   Key Responsibilities: Supporting and engaging with personalised routines inclusive of hoists Completing daily living activities, including person hygience and mobility. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate record of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions. Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.    Requirements: A genuine passion for working with people and providing care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Reliability, commitment, and flexibility. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care. To be able to deal with challenging behaviours.
