The Complex Care Support Worker will be responsible for supporting and engaging with personalized routines, including the use of hoists, completing daily living activities such as personal hygiene and mobility, administering medication and monitoring health conditions, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records of care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for the clients.

We have a number of clients in South Wales with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy and other complex needs with a range of shifts available including days and night shifts. Pay rates dependant on the client successful candidates are placed with - between £15-£19 per hour. Specific package details can be discussed during screening calls, so please submit your application if you are interested in exploring further. You ideally will have at least 6-12 months experience supporting individuals with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy and other complex needs. Key Responsibilities: Supporting and engaging with personalised routines inclusive of hoists Completing daily living activities, including person hygience and mobility. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate record of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions. Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements: A genuine passion for working with people and providing care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Reliability, commitment, and flexibility. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care. To be able to deal with challenging behaviours. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
