Job summary

This role is for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join the Libertatem Healthcare Group team in Eastbourne, supporting a client with complex health needs. The successful candidate will have experience in providing personal care, mobility support, seizure management, oxygen therapy, and medication administration, as well as promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction.

Main duties of the job

The Complex Care Support Worker will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, managing seizures and epilepsy, administering medication, and supporting oxygen therapy for a client with complex health needs. The role requires a calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach to ensure the client receives consistent, person-centred care.

Female Complex Care Assistant – Night Shifts  Location: Eastbourne  Pay: £19.01 per hour  Shifts: Mondays & Tuesdays 7pm-7am

Our client enjoys playing golf and he attends regularly. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with seizure management epilepsy and administration of medication

  • Supporting with oxygen therapy 

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Seizure Management Epilepsy     

    • Oxygen therapy

    • Administration of Medication

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
