Job summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Ilford, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Main duties of the job

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, assisting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction with the client. The client enjoys interacting with people, playing board games, puzzles, reading books, and engaging in activities, with a preference for pop music.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Supporting with clinical tasks

  • Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

  • Essential experience:

    • Enteral feeding

    • Medication Administration

  • A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
