Job summary

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone's life? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist one of our clients in Farnborough. You'll play an important role in helping him with day-to-day activities, building his independence, and offering companionship.

Main duties of the job

As a Brain Injury Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting daily routines and personal tasks, encouraging independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team.

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire

Day Shift: Every other Sunday 9.30am-1.30pm

Evening Shift: Mondays to Sundays evenings 6pm-9pm
