Main duties of the job

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone's life? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist one of our clients in Braintree. You'll play an important role in helping with day-to-day activities, building independence, and offering companionship. The role involves supporting daily routines and personal tasks, encouraging independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team.
