Main duties of the job

In this role, you will assist clients with personal care and daily routines, support individuals with mental health challenges or behaviours that may be considered challenging, escort clients to appointments and outings, ensure client safety, comfort, and overall well-being, and offer emotional support and companionship. You'll need patience, empathy, and the ability to build genuine connections, as well as physical stamina and attention to detail.

Location: Weston-super-Mare, Somerset Salary: £12.21 per hour Working Hours:

  • 2 Sleeping Night Shifts per Week: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)

  • Bank Hours Available: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)

Please Note: A full UK driving licence with business insurance is required to escort clients when needed.

Also This client has a pet cat—so a love for animals, especially cats, is essential.

  • Flexible and responsive to individual client needs

  • Able to build positive relationships with clients and families

  • Hold a full UK driving licence with business insurance (essential)

Experience in complex care is desirable but not required—we provide full training.
