Location: Weston-super-Mare, Somerset Salary: £12.21 per hour Working Hours:

• 2 Sleeping Night Shifts per Week: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)

• Bank Hours Available: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)

Please Note: A full UK driving licence with business insurance is required to escort clients when needed.

Also This client has a pet cat—so a love for animals, especially cats, is essential.

• Assist clients with personal care and daily routines

• Support individuals with mental health challenges or behaviours that may be considered challenging

• Escort clients to appointments and outings

• Ensure client safety, comfort, and overall well-being

• Offer emotional support and companionship

You’ll need patience, empathy, and the ability to build genuine connections. Physical stamina and attention to detail are also key parts of this rewarding role.

We're looking for compassionate individuals who are:

• Patient, empathetic, and caring

• Experienced (or confident to be trained) in supporting individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours

• Flexible and responsive to individual client needs

• Able to build positive relationships with clients and families

• Hold a full UK driving licence with business insurance (essential)

Experience in complex care is desirable but not required—we provide full training.

Essential

• Experience in complex care is desirable but not required - we provide full training. You'll need to be patient, empathetic, and caring, experienced or confident to be trained in supporting individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours, flexible and responsive to individual client needs, able to build positive relationships with clients and families, and hold a full UK driving licence with business insurance.
