Recruitment Resourcer – Help Us Find the People Who Care

In this role, you’ll support our recruitment efforts by screening compassionate, dedicated candidates to join our teams. As a Resourcer, you’ll play a key part in building a workforce that puts people at the heart of everything.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the recruitment team as a dedicated Resourcer, helping to attract and connect with care professionals.
• Use job boards, social platforms, and proactive outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Screen CVs, and assist with interview coordination.
• Continuously learn and adapt your approach as we grow and evolve.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or understanding of recruitment, ideally as a Resourcer—healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• A caring, thoughtful approach to communication and candidate experience.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a team that supports innovation and fresh ideas.
