Position: Complex Care Assistant (Bank) Hourly Pay: £11.44 Location: Bradford Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

You will provide personalized care for clients with complex needs, helping them to live the life they choose. Your Role At Sonderwell, we believe every individual is unique, and that philosophy extends to the care we offer. Whether it’s assisting with medical appointments, helping with daily routines, or providing more intensive care, you’ll be there to meet each client’s distinct needs.

Building a connection with clients is at the heart of what we do. You’ll be expected to assist with both the emotional and physical aspects of care, including:

• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioning
• Ventilation care
• Medication Administration

If you’re patient, adaptable, and compassionate, we’ll help you develop the skills to deliver exceptional personal care.

What’s Needed We’re looking for individuals who have:

• A caring personality
• Relevant care experience or a willingness to learn
• The ability to handle both emotional and physical aspects of care
