Support Worker Opportunity in Slough – £14.42-£15.45 per hour

Location: Slough, Berkshire Shift: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist a friendly, sociable man in Slough who loves attending clubs and being active in the community. You’ll play an important role in helping him with day-to-day activities, building his independence, and offering companionship.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting daily routines and personal tasks
• Assisting with community outings and appointments
• Encouraging independence and skill-building
• Offering emotional support and friendly companionship
• Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries 
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship
• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team

Qualifications

Essential

• Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, great communication skills, compassion, patience, and a positive attitude.
