This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join the team at Libertatem Healthcare Group in Crewe. Main duties of the job
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be working bank hours, including days and nights (12-hour shifts) as well as weekends (8am-8pm). Your key responsibilities will include delivering personalized care and support, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. You should have experience in complex care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an energetic and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in complex care.
