Main duties of the job

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting while driving the growth and profitability of our complex home care business across the UK. - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
