Main duties of the job

As the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support growth and sustainability in the Complex Care sector. You will conduct in-depth financial analyses, including pricing strategies, cost-benefit analyses, and funding models, to guide business decisions. You will lead the budgeting process, collaborate with operational and account management teams to create accurate financial forecasts, and monitor performance. Additionally, you will manage the financial evaluation of tenders and bids, identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings, and address and resolve financial and invoicing queries.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements.
