We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Ilford, Greater London. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to a young individual who has a cardiac condition as well as using a wheelchair. Working Hours:

You part of a team that will be responsible for working the following:

Monday - Friday 15:00 - 23:00

Saturday-09:00-16:00  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Providing emotional companionship.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
