Are you an experienced ENT Consultant looking for flexible weekend work within a dynamic healthcare setting? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated ENT Consultant to join our team on a fixed-term basis, with the potential for an extended contract beyond March 2025.

Main duties of the job

As an ENT Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering specialised care to a diverse patient group, focusing on ear, nose, and throat conditions. This weekend-only role offers flexibility while ensuring continuity of care for patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Clinical Excellence: Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of ENT conditions for a minimum of 12 patients per day, ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.

  • Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, audiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create personalised treatment plans and optimise patient outcomes.

  • Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough examinations and consultations, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive and compassionate care, with clear communication of their diagnosis and treatment options.

  • Service Efficiency: Maximise the efficiency of patient flow during weekend clinics, managing time effectively while maintaining a high standard of care.
