Job summary
You will be expected to be a highly organised and detail-oriented. You will have excellent
writing skills and be able to produce high-quality letters to GPs and other
medical professionals, as well as manage the administrative tasks associated
with this busy role.
Main duties of the job
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Write letters to GPs and other medical professionals to a high standard, ensuring that they are accurate, informative, and professional.
- Manage the electronic filing of documents and email correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Be a part of the team that delivers the ADHD360 culture
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to produce high-quality, well structured letters to medical professionals.
- Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload in a timely manner
- An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a team
- Be a natural problem solver
- Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure
