Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to help lead our Human Resource function within the HR team. You will play a central role in ensuring that our internal HR system delivers excellent support to colleagues, from recruitment and selection to general HR support.

The successful candidate will need an attention to detail with a drive to deliver results through the structured HR processes. You will be dealing with confidential and sensitive information, so discretion and sound judgement are critical. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues at every level.

Main duties of the job

v Supporting employee queries

v Data entry

v Maintaining and updating colleague files and HR tracker

v Organising meetings and taking minutes

v Assisting the HR team with recruitment processes

v Arranging and assisting recruitment and training events

v Confident in computing skills utilising Microsoft outlook, Excel, word and to learn company specific portals.

Job Summary

The role is designed to support the HR team in attracting and retaining the right pool of talent in the organisation.

The role supports the business in ensuring HR systems in place deliver excellent support to the staff team from the time an employee is recruited.

The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role. The job holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.

The job description may be reviewed on an ongoing basis in accordance with the changing business needs of Time4u Ltd.

2. Key Working Relationships

Operate effectively in a flexible and demanding environment and proactively engage with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including the Director, HR Manager, PBS Team, Operational Management team, Business Development Manager, Financial Controller and all Time4U staff.

Nurture and maintain key relationships with local internal and external stakeholders.

3. Functional Responsibilities

3.1 Recruitment

Lead on the recruitment process to include:

Manage incoming applications, scheduling interviews with the hiring managers.

Work with external recruiters on incoming applications.

Ensuring the applicant tracking system is always up to date.

Undertaking employment reference checks

Check right to work documentation.

3.2 Onboarding

Provide an effective and efficient onboarding experience for our staff by:

Setting up HR induction meeting with the new starter and line manager.

Guide staff to read and acknowledge all appropriate policies.

Facilitate receipt of company ID badge for new starters.

3.3 General Administration

Provide support to the HR manager by:

Accurately entering data into the online HR System.

Managing and maintaining the Recruitment inbox.

Managing the recruitment tracker

3.4 Policy and HR Development

Ensuring policies and procedures are updated on various systems.

Reviewing our recruitment practices and processes to better support inclusion and diversity at Time4U Ltd.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR internal processes and systems.

3.5 Other Duties

Any other duties, commensurate with the role, at the discretion of the HR Advisor.
