Job summary
As a Medical and Health Responder you will be a part of the Event Medical and Health Services team, attending a wide variety of community events and perform an essential role in safeguarding the health of the public.We cover events locally and across the UK - we provide travel and accommodation for this as necessaryAs a responder you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical first aid skills at regular training sessions, as well as providing lifesaving skills to the community. Being a part of a large team will help you connect with other likeminded people
Main duties of the job
Provide a high level of customer service to all patients and stakeholders, act as a brand ambassador for the XL Team
Provide medical support at community and public events
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, patients, and community members
Attend training sessions regularly to ensure clinical skills are maintained in line with guidelines
Ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained and operationally ready
Work effectively with other team members, clients, and other emergency service personnel
Ensure safety and well-being of self and others in the workplace
Assist in other areas as requested
