Main duties of the job
The role is varied and interesting. You would be working within a small, friendly team based in our Norwich clinic. The work will involve supporting our Consultant Psychiatrist to organise his private and NHS work, booking appointments, sending GP letters and proofreading and sending out reports. The clinic phones are busy and you would also be dealing with enquiries and issues that families wish to raise with the assessing team(s).
About us
Help for Psychology started life in 2015 as a small, family run business and has grown to become a trusted provider of both private and NHS assessments for autism and ADHD.
Our dedicated clinic rooms are situated in a large, Victorian building on the edge of Catton Park.
We provide free tea, coffee and biscuits!
Despite growing over the last ten years, we have worked hard to maintain the 'family feel' to the organisation. The atmosphere is friendly and informal. Many of our team have worked with us since we started the company.
We are totally committed to providing a quality service to our patients and this quality commitment is central to our ethos. We also believe strongly that the team works 'with' us rather than 'for' us.
We offer a generous annual leave entitlement, plus we give all employees the time off between Christmas and New Year as additional paid leave to ensure that everyone has a good break and comes back refreshed. We also give all employees their birthday off as an additional paid day of leave.
