Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity within NHS Supply Chain for a Clinical Engagement Manager to join our new In-Hospital Services team to help deploy inventory management and point of care solutions into NHS hospitals.

The Clinical Engagement Manager will lead the engagement with NHS clinicians and senior NHS hospital stakeholders nationally on the deployment of inventory management and point of care solutions, both at individual NHS Trust sites and in national forums as appropriate. They will support NHS Supply Chain to develop a change management toolset appropriate for clinical environments that enables successful project delivery and sustainable benefits for the hospital and its colleagues.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will coach the deployment team responsible for solution delivery on how to work successfully with clinical stakeholders. They will work across clinical and non-clinical stakeholder functions including regular presentations to specialist teams. They will influence stakeholders to support improved deployment processes and ensure continuous improvements are made through project delivery.
