Outpatient Network are currently seeking Healthcare Assistants to assist in ENT Outpatient Clinics in Rotherham.

Main duties of the job
Patient Care: Assist patients with personal care needs, including help with mobility, dressing, and hygiene, ensuring comfort and dignity during their visit.
Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record patients' vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature, reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff.
Preparation for Appointments: Prepare examination rooms by ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment for ENT assessments.
Assisting with Procedures: Support healthcare professionals during procedures by positioning patients, providing instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment.
Patient Education: Provide information and reassurance to patients about their appointments and any procedures they may undergo, helping to alleviate anxiety.
Collaboration with the Healthcare Team: Work closely with nurses, audiologists, and ENT consultants to ensure a seamless flow of patient care and communication.
Post-Appointment Care: Assist patients in the recovery area after procedures, monitoring their condition and providing any necessary support.
