Outpatient Network is a leading healthcare provider committed to providing high-quality patient centred care. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Physiologist to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:

As a Respiratory Physiologist at Outpatient Network you will play a crucial role in supporting Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) to assess and diagnose respiratory conditions. This position involves working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and utilising state-of-the-art equipment to conduct a variety of respiratory function tests. You will be working within a brand new CDC facility, taking on new referrals directly from primary care and hospital referrals.

Main duties of the job

Conduct comprehensive Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) on patients as directed by healthcare providers.

Calibrate and maintain respiratory testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.

Assist in the interpretation of test results and collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate appropriate treatment plans.

Educate patients on the purpose and procedures of respiratory tests, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Record and maintain accurate patient information and test results in electronic health records.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement protocols for respiratory testing procedures.
