Job summary
We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Charge Nurse to join the Outpatient Team on a full time basis. We are able to support training and development to new candidates to deliver a high standard of clinical care whilst ensuring patient safety, dignity and confidentiality.
Main duties of the job
Help lead the team by working closely with the Outpatient Manager. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes. Demonstrate excellent and a high standard of clinical practice with excellent clinical outcomes. Prioritise patient's health and wellbeing across a complex pathway and changing caseload. Communicate delivery and outcomes of care to patients and to other members of the team. Develop excellent working relationships. Maintain excellent standards with infection control.
