Job summary

Our Radiology department boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a Siemens Sola 1.5T MRI scanner, which has been operational since August 2022. Additionally, we have two Philips digital x-ray rooms, ultrasound services, and mobile CT facilities.

Main duties of the job

You will be an experienced Radiographer who possesses highly developed knowledge of radiographic techniques, experienced in clinical governance. This role will aid the senior leadership team in striving for CQC "outstanding" rating. The day-to-day job is varied, will include working as part of the team, leading and managing a team, working with other management colleagues to ensure effective and safe delivery of patient care

    Clifton Park Hospital is in a partnership with York & Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust through the provision of additional capacity to support reduction in elective waiting times for Orthopaedic and Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) patients in the locality.

    In 2018, the hospital opened a new outpatient department with 11 consulting rooms, two treatment rooms and x-ray facilities.
