Essential Criteria HPCP/NMC Registered Theatre Practitioner ODP/RGN Demonstrate ability to lead a team 5 years post registration experience Effective communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required Planning and organisational skills including good computer skills (MS Office package) Flexibility and adaptability Mentorship Qualification
