Job summary

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated pharmacy technician to work at Tees Valley Hospital. We welcome applications from candidates with experience working in the secondary care or primary care sector (including community pharmacy).

Main duties of the job

The post holder will manage medicine procurement for the site and supporting the safe and effective management of stock. Working under the direction of the pharmacy lead, the post holder will work as a member of the wider health care professional team at Tees Valley Hospital to provide patient care and support delivery of clinical governance agenda.

Pharmacy Technician Tees Valley Hospital, Middlesbrough Part-time, 20 hours a week across Monday-Friday Tees Valley Hospital opened in February 2018 and is part of Ramsay Health Care's UK network of private hospital services. Tees Valley Hospital is Teesside's newest private hospital situated on the door step of the Tees Valley community and provides surgical, medical and assessment services on the grounds of Acklam Hall in Middlesbrough.
