Modality LLP is a
large-scale provider of NHS Outpatient Services, renowned for its innovative
approach to delivering efficient pathways for patients requiring specialist
care, leading to high quality patient outcomes. We work in partnership with a
number of hospitals across the country to collaboratively redesign outpatient
services with more care being delivered in community settings.
We are recruiting an HGV
Driver who will be responsible for managing the delivery and set up of mobile
MRI scanners across the UK
We are seeking dedicated

Main duties of the job
You will transport MRI
units effectively and efficiently to and from a range of sites across the UK.
An essential
requirement of this role is the ability and willingness to travel between
sites.

- Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services
- Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers
- A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals
- Delivery of over 150,000 patient consultations per year
- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week

- Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with experience in a logistics management
- Heavy Goods Vehicle license
- Necessary classifications on license for the vehicles to be operated
- A valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence CPC card
- Have a clean driving record with no major endorsements
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment in a similar capacity, preferably within Primary or Secondary Care
- Experience of driving and maintaining mobile MRI scanning units

- Strong knowledge of the Highway Code and road safety regulations
- Experience with GPS navigation mapping and route planning
- Ability to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device
- Good communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work unsupervised

- Physical fitness for getting in and out of vehicles and loading and unloading
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
