Job summary

Modality LLP is a large-scale provider of NHS Outpatient Services, renowned for its innovative approach to delivering efficient pathways for patients requiring specialist care, leading to high quality patient outcomes. We work in partnership with a number of hospitals across the country to collaboratively redesign outpatient services with more care being delivered in community settings.

Following the expansion of our private services offering, were looking for an ambitious Marketing Officer to step into a growing team with a view to establishing and implementing key social media content marketing initiatives. Youll be confident in your ability to support the wider marketing team in managing projects through from concept to completion and develop an understanding of how this aids the wider commercial objectives of the business.

This job is suitable for individuals have a passion for working in an agile manner ensuring a high-quality service is provided. The postholder(s) will be committed to undertake any other duties commensurate with the role within the bounds of their own competence.

Main duties of the job

The Modality LLP Marketing Officer will support the growth of Modality LLPs Private Services function and other organisational communication strategies by leading digital campaign management across major platforms.

Youll be adept at developing content and social media strategies within an agency or in-house role. Youll have a genuine interest in enhancing patient/client experience through the private healthcare system, and youll hold relevant qualifications in marketing or communications. Youll have strong project management skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders to see strategies through from concept to completion.

Youll be able to track and report on the success of your content marketing efforts and use this information to develop future marketing strategies to increase the visibility of each of Modality LLPs Private Services in new and innovative ways. Youll have a background in digital campaign management with a good understanding of other key channels and platforms, and how these work together.

A background in Private Health or Healthcare isnt essential, but youll be passionate about patient experience and care. Youll understand the importance of being able to work with senior figures in the business, such as Clinicians and Consultants, to establish messages and approaches to content which address in-market patient needs effectively.

Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services

Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers

A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals

Delivery of over 160,000 patient consultations per year

Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week

Knowledge/Experience

Essential

  • 4+ years experience within a content or social media marketing role. An understanding of other key digital channels such as Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Paid Search (PPC), Paid Media and Email Marketing is advantageous although not essential.
  • A good understanding of all major social media platforms Including Meta and LinkedIn, with others such as X (formerly known as Twitter) and TikTok advantageous.
  • Relevant degree or postgraduate qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar is required, with additional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or similar highly advantageous.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual
  • Project management experience
