Job summary
Modality LLP is a large-scale provider of NHS and private Outpatient Services, renowned for its innovative approach to delivering efficient pathways for patients requiring specialist care, leading to high-quality patient outcomes. We work in partnership with a number of hospitals across the country to collaboratively redesign outpatient services with more care being delivered in community settings. We also deliver private care for patients with private medical insurance and for self-pay patients.
We are recruiting an Estates Manager to oversee and provide strategic oversight to our Estates function. We are seeking dedicated postholders to join our team and who can display our CARE values: Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

Main duties of the job
The Modality LLP Estates Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and providing strategic oversight to an estates function that supports future growth and enables the organisational objectives to be met in a safe, cost effective, efficient manner, in compliance with legislation and good practice.
The Estate Manager also focuses on project management of new estates projects alongside the Executive Partner and other teams/departments, which can include new site launches, site closures and improving sites where utilisation requires improvement.

- Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers

- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week
