We are looking for an experienced
Gynaecology Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary community Gynaecology
service team.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking
an enthusiastic, Clinical Nurse Specialist in Gynaecology. You will be working
alongside other clinical colleagues to support the facilitation of high-quality
care and working in parallel to consultants within the Gynaecology Services.
Providing a specialist nursing service, offering holistic, patient centred and
sensitive care to women who are being investigated, treated, or living with and
beyond cancer.
The postholder will be
required to work closely with the multidisciplinary team and also work
autonomously and exercise a very high level of clinical expertise. She/he must
also possess expertise assessment of patients, examination requesting and
interpreting diagnostic tests, Gynaecology nursing strategies, and the
provision of education and training across organisational and professional
boundaries.

- Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services
- Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers

- Delivery of over 120,000 patient consultations per year
- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week
