Modality LLP is a
large-scale provider of NHS Outpatient Services, renowned for its innovative
approach to delivering efficient pathways for patients requiring specialist
care, leading to high quality patient outcomes. We work in partnership with a
number of hospitals across the country to collaboratively redesign outpatient
services with more care being delivered in community settings.
We are recruiting a team
of Ultrasound Imaging Assistants who will assist in maintaining the patient
environment to the highest standard and ensuring patient movement to and from
the examination rooms is carried out safely, efficiently, and in a dignified
manner. The postholder would work across different sites varying from Nishkam Pharmacy, Greet Health Centre, The Oaks Medical Centre, Towerhill Medical Practice, Hollybush Medical Centre, Modality Treatment Centre.

Main duties of the job
You'll support delivery of
our ultrasound clinics across a range of community-based locations across
Sandwell and Birmingham. You'll be responsible for chaperoning patients,
preparing/cleaning equipment between patients and completing audits, as
required.
Ultrasound Imaging Assistants will be responsible for chaperoning patients and preparing the clinical room/environment before/between examinations, ensuring that all equipment is clean and to enable an efficient patient flow.
We are seeking dedicated postholders to join our team and who can display our CARE values: Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
An essential requirement of this role is the ability and willingness to travel between sites.

- Delivery of over 150,000 patient consultations per year
- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week
