The Clinic Coordinator
oversees day-to-day operations at a designated site for Modality LLP services.
Responsibilities include managing staff, room allocation, stock availability,
site safety and compliance, equipment maintenance, financial procedures, and
external relationships. They ensure adherence to healthcare standards,
policies, and regulations, while fostering positive patient experiences.

Main duties of the job
The Modality LLP Clinic Coordinator role will be responsible for the
operational management of clinical, estates, governance and front of house
administrative functions of a designated building within the LLP portfolio.
The Clinic
Coordinator, through effective delegation and co-ordination will ensure that
the day-to-day running of clinical services is carried out effectively and
efficiently and will work with service functions to ensure that all services
operating out of the site are supported by high quality support services i.e.
reception, HCA services, equipment and consumables, governance, estates
compliance, security, building upkeep and cleaning services.
The role involves liaising with various teams, supervising staff, maintaining equipment records, coordinating with contractors, and attending relevant meetings. The Coordinator supports site-specific queries, contributes to operational improvements, and adapts to evolving business needs.

- Delivery of over 150,000 patient consultations per year
- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week
