Patient Safety and Compliance Manager

Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Patient Safety & Compliance Manager to join our Clinical Governance Team here at The London Clinic, based in Marylebone, London (W1G 6JA). We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £60,848 - £71,495 per annum.

Main duties of the job

Provide line management to the Patient Safety Team. Offer professional leadership, advice and support in relation to patient safety and compliance. Deputise for the Head of Clinical Governance when required, providing guidance on all aspects of patient safety. Oversee the patient safety incident process, ensuring quality, timely investigations, reporting and patient safety improvement. Provide expert knowledge on incident management, human factors analysis and patient safety improvement. Lead the Mortality & Morbidity process, ensuring adherence to national guidance. Manage the implementation of NHS England's Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF), ensuring appropriate levels of investigation and grading.
