We have an exciting opportunity for a Sister/Charge Nurse (Band 6) to join our Haematology/Stem Cell Transplant Unit here at The London Clinic. We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £44,639 - £54,572 per annum. As well as this, you will be eligible for a £5,000 Golden Hello Bonus.*

Main duties of the job

Responsible for individualised patient care acting as the named nurse, using a holistic, pro-active and dynamic approach to all patients with oncological/haematological care needs. To adopt a holistic pro-active and dynamic approach to patients with oncological/haematological care needs. Awareness of the Holistic Needs Assessment programme. To promote safe practice and professional conduct. To encourage good working relationships within the multidisciplinary team, to ensure the effective care and treatment of patients.

Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK's largest independently owned non-profit hospital, with state-of-the-art facilities located on Harley Street. Our Stem Cell Transplant unit is a purpose-built facility which has gone on to become one of Anthony Nolan's largest stem cell collection centres in Europe for peripheral blood and bone marrow volunteer donors. There are 12 beds in the unit which features positive pressure ventilation and HEPA filtration and allows us to treat and care for patients with haematological malignancies with SACT and stem cell transplant: Allogeneic, Autologous, Cord, Haplo and CAR-T therapy. We are the first independent private hospital in the UK to gain JACIE accreditation in recognition of our quality standards.
