Job summary
We have exciting opportunities for Staff Nurses to join our Bank Nursing team and work across The London Clinic's hospital sites in Central London (Close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations).
Interviews are to be held in-person on 18th September 2024.
Main duties of the job
As a Bank Staff Nurse you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care and service to the patients. This includes the appropriate assessment and evaluation of care in keeping with the philosophies of the Clinic/ Department; NMC Code of Professional Conduct and the Scope of Professional Practice as well as the Clinic Policies and Protocols.

Essential
- Registered Nurse (Adult).
Desirable
- Hold mentorship qualification or equivalent.
- Hold post registration speciality certificate.
Experience
Essential
- A minimum of 12 months post registration experience in an acute setting
Desirable
- Surgical Nursing experience.
- Previous private sector experience.
- Previous experience managing the treatment and care of patients.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential
- Demonstrates high standards of Clinical Practice and competency
- Good clinical assessment skills and prioritisation
- Effective interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work as a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to administer intravenous drug therapy/or willing to work towards this

- To be conversant with the use of computers in nursing
