Priory Mildmay Oaks are recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant and a Nights Healthcare Assistant

The salary for this role is £12 per hour + £500 Welcome Bonus

We have Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Our shift patterns are:

Day shifts - 7:30am to 8pm

Night Shifts - 7:30pm to 8am

Main duties of the job

We are looking to recruit personable, flexible and motivated Health Care Assistants to support our qualified staff with the delivery of care to our patients. You will be involved in the personal care and meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group ofservice userswith varying degrees of mental and physical issues. You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people. It is also important that you work well in a team as you will work alongside qualified nurses and staff from other professions.

About us

Mildmay Oaks Hospital is a specialist in-patient service for people with learning disabilities and/or autism who suffer from any of mental health disorders, personality disorder and offending behaviours. Our patients may be detained under sections of the mental health act including hospital treatment orders and in some cases, deprivation of liberty safeguards (DOLS).

Mildmay Oaks has both low secure and locked rehabilitation provisions.

Rated Good by the CQC, we work collaboratively as a multidisciplinary team to support our patients and deliver treatment holistically to ensure that our patients are at the centre of their treatment. We collaborate with families, external professionals including care coordinators, social workers, commissioners and others, to ensure that we good communication and building positive relationships.
