This position sits within our Procurement team which encompasses delivery of framework agreements, consultancy, and a full end to end procurement service to the NHS. These procurement services are being delivered by skilled teams through efficient and effective technology platforms to ensure that the procurement solutions we deliver meet the needs of our customers.
This is a pivotal role in our expansion where you will help to craft and define our focus. Working at a senior level, you will enjoy forging relationships, influencing action, and getting to the bottom of customer and business needs to enable delivery at its finest.

Main duties of the job
What you'll be doing:
- Working as part of a team of Business Change experts, supporting client and Shared Business Services transformation activities.
- Providing support to help customers build a defined and agreed vision, clear picture of future state and a fit for purpose Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Design and plan the change management interventions required to successfully embed change as well as supporting the change gap analysis and impact assessment against the TOM.
- Supporting development of customer mapping and management, including comms planning.
- Planing change interventions ensuring a people and benefits focus.
- Running and supporting L&D requirements e.g. create/deliver training plans and materials as required.
- Supporting the delivery of relevant assessments and materials to enable the change i.e. business readiness assessment, new process maps, training, benefits realisation plans.
- Enabling the handover of plans and capability, support transition and develop continuous improvement plans with service delivery teams.
What youll bring:
- Experience in all aspects of business change (processes, methodologies, change control, project scoping, project planning etc.).
- Strong experience of procurement change programmes, focusing on process, systems and procurement tools change - for example leading change or implementation of P2P, S2C, S2P solutions.
