Job summary

We are looking for Experienced Emergency Medicine Doctors with experience in managing acute illness in adult and paediatric patients to join us on a sessional or salaried basis, to suit you.

Main duties of the job

Working in Urgent Primary Care can be very rewarding, providing care to patients when they are most in need. As a key member of Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), you will be responsible for providing face to face care for patients that access the service, when the UTC is open. You will take responsibility to ensure that all patients are dealt with appropriately and efficiently, whilst maintaining a high-quality service. You will work alongside clinical and operational colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care for all presenting patients.

Greenbrook Healthcare, part of Totally Urgent Care, is one of the largest providers of Urgent Treatment Centres in London and nationally. Greenbrook works at the interface between primary and emergency care to ensure that patients are treated in the right place, at the right time and in the most effective and efficient way both for their needs and as a part of the wider Urgent and Emergency Care system. We work in partnership with our local Emergency Departments to enable them to focus on major injuries and illnesses whilst we look after minor injuries and primary care appropriate cases.
