Job summary

Main duties of the job

Qualifications

Essential

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant healthcare or social sciences field
  • Administration based qualifications
  • Proven experience working in a healthcare or social services environment, preferably with children and young people
  • Previous involvement in leading care coordination, case management, or similar roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary team collaboration and patient-centred care models.

Desirable

  • Additional certifications or training in childhood obesity management, care coordination, or related areas are desirable

Experience

Essential

  • Be an experienced administrator used to working in a health and/or community setting
  • Experienced working with Microsoft Office and health-related database systems
  • Positive and proactive, working at pace with multiple tasks
  • Adept in communication positive and welcoming communication style with all patients, health professionals and colleagues
  • Build strong relationships, good team player happy to work as part of a team and work independently on own tasks
  • Quality is driven, you naturally seek high standards and actively seek to improve them.
  • Value and remain open to new ideas and perspective

  • Ability to develop and implement project plans
  • Experience with risk assessments
  • Undertaking audits
