Job summary
You will be the Partnerships & Engagement Lead,
covering Solihull for the Smokefree Solihull service.
You will be expected to engage with various operational
and strategic stakeholders including development and engagement with the ICB
pathways, at place and system level to
ensure true system integration across all service elements. You will support
the Head of Service to develop and maintain effective referral pathways into
the service and build long-lasting relationships with system partners from a
range of sectors, including but not limited to primary and secondary care, CVS,
place-based partnerships, local authorities and the ICB. You will also represent
the service at key network meetings/task and finish groups/partnerships.
Another key aspect of this role is to increase referrals through system
engagement and training for professionals.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing
the service engagement strategy on an ongoing basis and producing a quarterly
impact report to submit to public health commissioners.
You will be a motivated, passionate, organised
and proactive communicator with experience working in a community setting. ABL
takes a strengths-focused, asset-based approach to community delivery, looking
to innovate and partner with, not replicate, existing delivery. The role will
require dynamic working that embraces the vision and values we wish to

Main duties of the job
Design,
monitoring and evaluation of a bespoke engagement strategy to promote the service.
Producing quarterly impact
reports in line with service KPIs.
Managing all service
referral pathways to ensure referral targets are met.
Work with the ICB and Hospital Trusts to map and
improve the NHS inpatient to community transfer of care process
Explore hospital
options e.g., in reach/liaison to develop hand over sessions/clinics
between hospital and community teams
Working with ABLs communication team to help raise
the profile of service.
Engaging
key system partners to explore partnership activities.
Working

partnerships with all potential referrers across Solihull.
Representing the service at

Governance, Finance and Business Development are there to support. Additionally,
existing experienced delivery teams will be available to support you to drive
the Service forward.
