Main duties of the job

A Hysteroscopy Care Assistant (HCA) in a gynaecology setting plays an essential supporting role in assisting medical professionals during hysteroscopic procedures. Hysteroscopy is a minimally invasive procedure used to examine and treat conditions inside the uterus, and HCAs are key in ensuring the smooth operation of these procedures and patient care.
