Job summary
We are looking for a motivated Advanced MSK Clinician to join the Camden MSK Physiotherapy team who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and shares our company values. We are committed to a multi-professional workforce based on competency and welcome applications from Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Rehab Therapists. You must be registered with the HCPC or equivalent and be qualified as a professional that works within Musculoskeletal practice.
Main duties of the job
To provide safe and effective delivery of clinical interventions in line with professional standards and governance requirements.
To personally deliver a quality clinical service, meeting the clinical and operational needs of the service.
Push the boundaries of conventional rehabilitation with responsibility for the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation in 1:1 and group settings.
To develop and promote a positive and dynamic image and culture to both internal and external stakeholders. At all times reflecting and encouraging core value behaviours amongst the team.
To develop and foster productive relationships with local patient groups, Consultants, GPs, other key stakeholders e.g. gyms and leisure centres.
To contribute to the shaping and delivery of the MSK content within the Connect Clinical Academy, engaging fully with their education pillar.
To embody and work within a culture of continuous improvement to continue to push the boundaries of clinical excellence through research, audit and innovation.
