Support the safe and effective treatment of patients for rehabilitation following assessment and diagnosis from a healthcare professional.
Deliver safe and effective care, support, motivation and exercise progression in line with agreed personalised goals for patient's in both 1:1 and group-based setting. Enabling the patient through promotion of self-management strategies.
Champion the delivery of personalised, high quality rehabilitation. Contribute and promote a positive and dynamic image and culture to both internal and external stakeholders. At all times striving to reflect and encourage our core values and behaviours.
Main duties of the job
As a Rehabilitation Instructor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey. You'll deliver personalised care, motivate patients, and promote self-management strategies in both one-on-one and group settings. Your goal is to champion high-quality rehabilitation and contribute to a positive and dynamic culture.
