Job summary

As a Rehabilitation Instructor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey. You'll deliver personalised care, motivate patients, and promote self-management strategies in both one-on-one and group settings. Your goal is to champion high-quality rehabilitation and contribute to a positive and dynamic culture. Key Responsibilities -Craft Personalised Treatment Plans: Develop and deliver tailored treatment plans that help patients achieve their unique goals. -Motivate and Inspire: Use your exceptional communication skills to motivate and encourage patients, even in challenging situations. -Evaluate and Adapt: Continuously assess patient responses and treatment outcomes, making necessary adjustments to ensure they are on track to meet their goals. -Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to address any concerns and ensure seamless patient care. -Provide Compassionate Care: Offer empathetic support throughout the rehabilitation journey, making a real difference in patients' lives.

Main duties of the job

Support the safe and effective treatment of patients for rehabilitation following assessment and diagnosis from a healthcare professional. Deliver safe and effective care, support, motivation and exercise progression in line with agreed personalised goals for patient's in both 1:1 and group-based setting. Enabling the patient through promotion of self-management strategies. Champion the delivery of personalised, high quality rehabilitation. Contribute and promote a positive and dynamic image and culture to both internal and external stakeholders. At all times striving to reflect and encourage our core values and behaviours.
