We at Connect Health are delighted to be growing our team of talented clinicians. We are currently looking for a Advanced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care with an interest in pain management to join us in Wolverhampton. The Wolverhampton Integrated MSK Service (WIMS) is a community-based service providing a single-point of access for NHS patients referred by their GP with MSK conditions. We offer fast and effective physiotherapy-led treatment as well as expert clinical assessment, diagnostics and onward referral, all from local and convenient community settings. The WIMS team includes MSK clinicians, Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners / Advanced MSK Clinicians, Consultant Rheumatologist, Psychologists and Patients with lived experience providing care for patients with musculoskeletal pain as well as complex persistent pain and non-urgent rheumatology conditions. The integrated service design allows clinicians to work together to deliver seamless and evidence based care for patients. We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable. Main duties of the job

Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care. Rheumatology exeperience would be desirable A deep understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities. Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, GOsC, SST or BASraT) Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways Understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of EBP. Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Musculoskeletal Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change. Experience of developing team members
