Main duties of the job
The Senior Forecasting and MI Analyst post is an exciting opportunity to lead the Forecasting and MI team, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide actionable insights. Youll be a key player, able to inform the business of future scenarios, minimise risk and improve overall performance.
Youll join as part of our Workforce Planning team, ensuring that we have the information to put the right people in the right place at the right time.
Youll have a varied day to day with a blend of delivering a high-quality MI and analysis service the role will include.
Leading the Forecasting and MI Analysts to deliver a high-quality MI function
Analysing historical referral and appointment data to identify key factors influencing business performance and patient experience.
Conducting data analysis to provide actionable insights, influence decision makers and make recommendation that will have a positive impact on patients lives.
Monitoring and feeding back on forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, (Change, PMO, Finance) to gather relevant data and understand business drivers
Track KPIs by creating reports and dashboards
Translate data to help the business understand current performance, identify areas for improvement and support decision making.
