Job summary

We are excited to be recruiting to the role of a Receptionist (known internally as a Welcome Host) supporting our clinical service in South West Essex, on a full time basis.

Main duties of the job

The purpose of the Receptionist role will be to enable high quality patient care by ensuring patients are warmly welcomed, checked in for their appointment and guided to their appointment rooms if required and assist in the resolution of patient problems. The Receptionist will be the face of Connect Health for this service and be a key element of the patient experience, providing in-front of the desk care at busy and peak times.
