Kings Road Medical Centre are looking for a Practice Nurse for 26.5hours per week.
Main duties of the job
Key duties will include:
- You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

What we can offer you as a Practice Nurse:
- Annualsalary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
- 1 weeks paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
- Access to our bespoke learning management system.
- Annual formative clinical assessment to support competency development.
