Main duties of the job
You will be a valued member of our multi-disciplinary team led by our Outpatients Manager. You will organise and undertake the pre-operative assessment of patients, ensuring that they are fit and suitable for surgery as well as assisting in the efficient running of the outpatient and pre-assessment service and coordinating the patients journey from pre-admission to discharge.

As an NMC Registered General Nurse, you will have recent and relevant pre-assessment experience gained in an acute care or elective surgical setting as well as intermediate life support skills, and hands on clinical skills to include ECGs and phlebotomy.
