Were looking for dedicated and detail-focused Bank Housekeeper to join our team at Practice Plus Group. Working on a flexible, as-and-when-needed basis, youll play a vital role in keeping our clinical and non-clinical areas clean, safe, and welcoming for patients, visitors, and staff. Whether you have healthcare cleaning experience or simply a passion for delivering high standards, youll find a supportive environment where your work truly makes a difference.

Main duties of the job

As our Housekeeper; youll be:

• Cleaning all areas of the centre in line with agreed specifications and infection control procedures
• Mopping, dusting, damp wiping surfaces, and cleaning internal glass
• Maintaining clean and hygienic toilet facilities
• Operating cleaning equipment, including buffing, polishing, and carpet cleaning machines (training provided)
• Safely removing and storing clinical waste in accordance with legislation
• Using appropriate signage to maintain patient and public safety while working
• Reporting faulty equipment and ensuring it is removed from use until repaired
• Maintaining confidentiality at all times

About us

With you previous cleaning experience (healthcare setting desirable, but not essential), you will also have:

• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and infection control (training provided if needed)
• A friendly, polite, and caring manner
• Flexible attitude to work, with the ability to adapt to different situations and needs
• Commitment to providing excellent customer care and service
