As part of our professional, friendly and compassionate team you will do everything you can to ensure the patients treatment is of the highest standard. Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings. You will be working as part of a friendly, welcoming and expert multidisciplinary Theatre Team supported by our experienced Theatre Manager. Main duties of the job
You will participate in all aspects of dental operating department work, and provide excellent standards of patient care and safety In accordance with the Practice Plus Group philosophy and objectives, policies and legal requirements.
You will be involved in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and work within a flexible team structure involving a multi-disciplinary team

Registered Dental Nurse

Effective communication skills, verbal and written, to include report writing and record keeping

Excellent interpersonal skills with patients and multidisciplinary team.

Effective computer / IT skills and expectation to develop these in line with the needs of the service.

Contribution to team development

Sound knowledge of the guidelines set out in the GDC/NMC code of professional conduct and current perioperative issues

Excellent organisational skills, proven ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure
