Hours

The site currently offers Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm

 Salary

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £32,346 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker, your responsibilities will vary. You will  

  • You will be working with other members of the team that you are part of, assessing needs of patients and assessing risks accordingly. 
  • You will provide outstanding evidence based care to a case load of psycho social patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
  • You will provide a programme of psycho social interventions, along with information and advice on substance misuse related concerns.
  • promote safe patient care
  • develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.

Qualifications required 

  • You will have experience of working within the substance misuse multi-disciplinary frame work, that includes housing, social care, healthcare, and mental health pathways.
  • Youll also have a flexible approach to working within a team that encourages new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service.
  • Good IT skills and IT literacy
